1. Yesterday at church, we were reciting one of the prayers. I remember reciting it until to a certain point and my mind went absolutely blank. The next thing I knew, I was responding a 'Lord, hear our prayer' phrase to the prayers that were made. Wait a minute, what happened to me when we were in the second half of the prayer recital? If my mind went blank and kaput, what was I doing? Did I look like I was reciting along or just had that blur look on my face? I seriously couldnt recall at all.
Best part was, all these happened within minutes. I wonder which is worst, looking damn blur and stoned or blindly reciting a prayer that doesnt even sound like the real thing. The Holy Spirit entered me or I fell asleep? . sigh. It shall remain a mystery because I'll get a headache trying to figure it out.
2. This morning, I got a call from HR, asking me to go to their room upstairs. Being a paranoid mess that I am, I got nervous. Are they summoning me in because I am secretly using the nicer toilet upstairs instead of the one on my floor? Or because of my clocking out time, which is always a few minutes before 6pm (in my defense, the clock here is faster than downstairs >.<)? Or is it because of the internet usage? What is it??? I slowly walked and thought about the bad stuff I've done in this past 2 weeks.
When I entered their room, I was presented with a cheque. My first one!!!! Yay!!! being paranoid pays off I guess. haha. My fellow colleague also paranoid-ed so I'm not weird. Its normal. Teeeheee.
