I was tempted to drop her a message and asked her how did she do it. I honestly thought she would say something like she puked out her food or she starved herself or took some pills because it seemed like it all happened so fast. Believe me, I was ready and willing to do whatever she did. Anyway, I didn't get any of those response. It turns out that she goes to the gym (duhh) and she cut down on carbs. According to her, it 'really really really' works.
I wanna share a before and after picture of my friend but I don't think its a good idea because its kinda rude, in my opinion.
So anyway, I was motivated. I planned to break off with my long time lover - rice and bread to see if it works. I just have to try and say goodbye to Mr. Rice and Mr. bread. I really must be committed to see results tho. Sigh.
Today was my first 'no carb' day. Here's what I had.
Lunch...
-Chicken
- Lotsa vege
- Japanese Taufu
Yep....no rice involved baby!! And no butterscotch bread.
Then for dinner, I had plain tasteless corn flakes with plain tasteless milk along with some healthy (I would assume because its all oats) biscuits.
Am I doing it right? if I am then...MISSION SUCCESS!!! I spent today without bread and rice. Lets hope tomorrow will be just as successful.
Please support me because I wanna follow Tanti's footsteps and be as awesomely healthy as her. hoho. You know what's the stupidest thing? I forgot to weight myself yesterday. So, even if I did lose like maybe 1 kg, I wouldnt know!! Stupid.
