No Carbs - Day 2

I am glad to say that my second day of 'no carbs' was a success, to my surprise. I almost broke-down and soooo wanted to give in to rice but what did I do instead? I had a nap. It works because it you somehow wont think of food. Hehe.

My meal for today was pretty simple. For lunch, I had chicken breast and a bit of fries and watermelon. Okay okay, the chicken breat was fried and had cheese in it and the fries was unhealthy but I had it in small portions!! It is considered a step, no? LOL.

As for dinner, I had corn flakes and oat-y biscuit with milk. That was it. I feel kinda proud!! Hehe. Maybe I should sleep more huh? So I wont feel hunger all the time. I also just noticed that I love sleeping. I didn't want to wake up at all but I had to. Oh well.

Although I had a nice long nap, I am still feeling sleepy, at this hour!! Crapppp!!
