When I am bored, I think of crazy stuff...

On Tuesday night, I made my very own BiBimBap. I guess you can say that I was really bored and too free thats why I decided to try making Korea's famous bibimbap. Reason for trying it out is because I tapao-ed the sauce from the Korean restaurant on the previous day. Heh.
Anyway, here's what a real bibimbap actually looks like. You know, the professional restaurant types.

So, after I Yahoo-ed for these pictures, I got even more excited to make mine!!
The original one has beef, big mushrooms, carrots, other veggies, egg and some other stuff la. Mine only had veggie, lots and lots of lean chicken, loadssss of mushrooms and an egg.

Then, this is what mine looked like. >_<

Quite saddening la. My fried egg wasnt stable. It collapsed after I placed it on top. I cant fry a proper egg!! Oh nooo!! But the taste was pretty good, I must say. It tasted like the original. Wahahaha...must be the sauce.

Hmm...by the taste of it, maybe I can marry a Korean afterall. I can cook bibimbap for my husband every sigle day until he looks like a bibimbap >.<

Next project shall be, my dip for nachos and other chips. Yay.
