Delayed Telecast of My Christmas & NYE

Its already frikkin 19th January and I haven't shared about how I spent my Christmas and New Year. I probably forgot all about it because I thought that I didnt take any pictures but wahey, I did!! Nothing special lah but its still something. This year's Christmas theme was supposed to be pink and silver.



But I didnt get enough pink balls so it was mixed with red. Damn tak jadi.

On Christmas Eve, we invited Godma, Nanna and Uncle Tan over dinner. It was a small gathering compared to last year but still fun because we all got to eat goooood food and laugh together-gether :D

Mummy made roast pork for the first time this year. We usually order it from Aunty Lai Wah but this year, Mummy decided to make it herself. It was delicious and such a success, I must say. A week before Christmas, she made us her guinea pig by test roasting the pork and making all of us eat it. Not complaining because it was gooood. Now, I can tell people that my Mummy makes awesome roast pork.

Can you see the awesome-ness?? If you hate pork, then too bad lah okay.



Uncle Tan's chicken steak was very yummy as well. Godma is so obsessed about eating healthy that she made him specially grill two chicken breasts for herself and me, chicken steak style. Hmm. But it was just as good lah.



Before dinner, Godma told me that she has a surprise for me. I got super excited about it and kept asking her for clues. Deep down inside, I was hoping to see maybe a hamster sitting inside a pink cage or something but noooo. She showed me the chicken breast instead.

Oh yea, I wrapped all the presents from me in pink wrapper. I'm gonna make it a signature. This year, I'll wrap all my gifts in pink wrapper again and not label it. See if people can guess its from me or not. Lol.



On Christmas day itself, the usual Leong clan came over for dinner. I was so caught up with other things that I didnt get to take proper pictures. Yeh Yeh was admitted to hospital on that day itself so he didnt get to join us. He's currently much better though. Thanks.

Finally, on New Year's day, I followed my parents to Aunty Pam's home for dinner. I remember tweeting about hoping my parents wont go home and sleep before counting down but in the end, guess who was the one who fell asleep. Yep...ME!! hahaha

I drank one margarita and two spitzas (awesome combo of wine and sprite), in gulps because it was damn tasty. What happened next? I slowly drifted and blacked out. For real. Aunty Pam's chilled room and comfy bed didnt help at all. Oh, Ethan fell asleep with me too. See? too comfy. In the end, I woke up at 12.18am and missed all the fireworks and countdown. I blame my parents for not waking me up. LOL.

So yeah, that's how I welcomed the new year!! I wonder what does it say about my 2010. Would I be lazy and sleeping a lot? Or would it be peaceful? I hope its peaceful. Heh.
