Inch by inch and I leave it up to you to believe it or not *grins*
Sign of maturity #1
- I just bought my first ever copy of Cleo magazine. LMAO. I usually buy mags like Hot because its all about gossips and I thought it was cool but now, thinking back, its actually kinda childish. I mean, reading gossips about celebrities that probably arent even true. If its true, you're probably a few months slow. Whats even better is that you can get these gossips online!!! So can consider I am more updated la. XD Coz whatever I read online, comes out 2 months later in this mag. Hmm. Now, I prefer buying mags that is worth my money and that actually teaches me something like Seventeen and Cleo. I dont even buy mags as often as before. Woot. Definitely a sign of maturity. You know whats ridiculous tho, the clothes and shoes that are advertised in Cleo and Seventeen are ridiculously expensive!! Like....3-4 digit price also got. Wtf!! Can think of poor girls like me or not? Geez.
Okla, maybe I bought Cleo mag this time to check out the 50 Most Eligible Bachelors =X

- My taste in guys have definitely change. Or so I think it has. Haha. One example would be American Idol. The kiddy me would definitely fall for David Archuletta but the I-think-I-am-maturing me is now so in love with Michael Johns and Jason Castro. *screamsss*
Sign of maturity #3
- My taste in music has also changed. Yes, this is definite. Erm, I beginning to appreciate songs from the nineties. OMG, so not me but..yeah, it has become me : (
Okay. I cant think of anymore signs. But while typing all those, I realized that I am still pretty much very kiddy. Especially with the lame riddles I ask my friends or the lame jokes I tell them and..other things la. So, I'm 70% kid, 30% matured. Hoho. I'm not old afterall.
Anyway, english class was fun yesterday mainly because we all have a good sense of humour. LOL. We were discussing this self-help novel called 'Who Moved My Cheese?' and everyone in the class had either a spanking brand new book or a photocopied version. I think I was the only one with an old copy. Like a seriously old copy. Well, its old because its my Dad's and he bought it like...8 years ago.
So, then....
Uddy: Wow, Clair. Your book looks so....senior.
Me: *Hides book* What you mean senior?
Stephy was like..'What senior? Antique la'. He still insisted it looks more senior than antique and to him, 'senior' is a nicer way of saying it because its like..respected or something. Ish. Old say old la >_< . Then he went on and said, 'Wow, not bad. 8 years ago you could see the future and you knew you were gonna use this book in MMU. Cooool.' Ok, I am so not gonna use an old book in front of him, ever.
We found out when our presentation was and we were discussing about it, like if the date was suitable or should we change and whatever la. Its gonne be 2 weeks from now and I am not looking forward to dressing up for it. Urghh..
Uddy: Clair...there's no concert happening within this 2 weeks right? Or on the presentation week.
Timo: Yeah...Backstreet Boys not coming again right?
Me: *Almost speechless* Sadly, no.
Geeez. Kena kacau teruk but it was funny la XD
See, we have a fantastic sense of humour *smiles*
We had a whole load more of 'kena kacau' moments la but lazy to list down everyone of it.
Wooot....3 assignments to go and its all due in 2 weeks time. Can chillax sikit.
Okay, off to watch 'PS I Love You'. OMG. damn exciting because I already read the book!!! Which reminds me, I must return it to Irene >_<
