- Your mom AND maid agrees with you when you say 'I think I put on weight laa.'

- Your relative asks you if you've done any exercise.
*WTF!!*

- You've been eating like a pig.

- Your mom keeps telling you to cut down and start eating whole meal bread instead of white bread.

- When you dont recognize yourself in pictures.

- Your jeans, pants and skirt are somehow tighter.
*Not because you just washed it but it just is..*

- You just simply feel fat.

- Your shirts are also tighter.
*OMG..I dunno if I am feeling paranoid or is it just really tight more fitting*

- You feel the elavator sink a little when you walk into it.

- The bridge you walk on wobbles a little.

- Your legs get tired so fast while you're kneeling.

Yes....I have come to realize that I've put on weight. Damn depressing wei!!!

How not to put on weight when all I eat is bread to save money?
How not to put on weight when my dad buys durians back every weekend and ajak me to test the durians with him?
How not to put on weight when I see chocolates staring right at my face when I open the fridge?
How not to put on weight when there's unhealthy good food everywhere I go?

Hmmm..must stop all these temptations man. But...its hard to resist..hehehehe..

I am currently craving for stuff like choclates, pizza, McD, Burger King, cheese baked rice.....what else? Erm...and a lot more I cant think of la. Oh..wait a minute!! I know why I'm having cravings...thats because I am effing hungry!!..LOL.
